I have worked in the cake industry for over 20 years.  My career started in Chelsea, West London, working for actress and cake decorator Jane Asher as her first ever apprentice. During this time I designed and made cakes for television, celebrities & royalty as well as hundreds of other clients.

Having left the hustle and bustle of London, I got married, had a family and now run a successful cake business, along with exclusive cake decorating classes and cupcake parties at home in my cake studio in Sevenoaks. I am the Editor of www.cakecraftworld.co.uk newsletter (sent to over 80,000 readers per month). I love writing and sharing my latest cake designs and  reviewing new products in the world of cake decorating.

I have been totally overwhelmed by the interest in my cake decorating classes too. I find it so rewarding to teach students my skills and I look forward to growing this business in the future.

I have been lucky enough to be invited to demonstrate my skills at some incredible events and am always happy to discuss corporate and charity projects involving cake decorating workshops.
